Dick is an active member of the Bagnell Dam Association of Realtors®, having served as the 2005 President; in the years prior to that he held virtually every other office and was on numerous committees.
He is active in the Missouri Association of Realtors® having served over ten years on their Board of Directors, as well as on numerous state committees and is currently serving as a member of the Executive Committee.
He is a past president of the Missouri Chapter of the Farm and Land Institute of the National Association of Realtors®.
He holds the designations of A.L.C. (Accredited Land Consultant), A.B.R. (Accredited Buyer Representative) and S.R.E.S. (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) and was recently accorded the status of Realtor® Emeritus for having participated as an active Realtor® for over 40 years.
Dick is active in his church, serving on the Board of Trustees and the Administrative Council.
Dick has been a resident at the Lake of the Ozarks since 1988 and an active Realtor® during that period and is very familiar with values and locations in the lake area.

Mary Lou, with over ten years experience in selling and listing real estate at the Lake of the Ozarks, actively participates in the Bagnell Dam Association of Realtors®.
